Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that some items are non-refundable, including gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and products damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
How to Request a Return or Refund
To start a return, contact us at contact@capriandcoeu.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number along with the reason for the return. Our team will send you the return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the transaction.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the standard return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@capriandcoeu.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
International Customers
We currently ship to the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Delivery times are usually 4 to 12 business days depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
