Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Purchases made during the week are usually handled within one business day, while those placed on Friday evening or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.

Pre-Order Items: Products marked as pre-order need additional processing time. Please allow 8–10 days before shipment to secure the item and prepare it for delivery. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once everything is ready.

Delivery Time: After processing, your order will be dispatched. Standard delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, though unexpected delays (such as severe weather or courier issues) may occasionally extend this timeframe. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Important Note: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and must be covered by the recipient. We are not responsible for additional fees or delays resulting from unpaid customs charges.

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that some items are non-refundable, including gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and products damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refund Process

Exchanges

International Customers

We currently ship to the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Delivery times are usually 4 to 12 business days depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
