Pre-Order Items: Products marked as pre-order need additional processing time. Please allow 8–10 days before shipment to secure the item and prepare it for delivery. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once everything is ready.

Delivery Time: After processing, your order will be dispatched. Standard delivery usually takes 10–15 business days, though unexpected delays (such as severe weather or courier issues) may occasionally extend this timeframe. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required. Please note that some items are non-refundable, including gift cards, clearance or final sale items, and products damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.

Return Shipping

Refund Process

We currently ship to the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Delivery times are usually 4 to 12 business days depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
